1. Overview
At Ximthoremlix, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations for products purchased through ximthoremlix.ddd.
This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
Important hygiene exception: for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may be lost once the seal has been broken, as permitted by applicable consumer law.

3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
- The product must not be damaged, used, or tampered with
- The return request must be made within the applicable legal deadline (14 days for EU withdrawal) or our voluntary extended commercial return window of 30 days for unopened products
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened dietary supplement products.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at reply@ximthoremlix.world with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions and address
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided
- Provide us with the tracking number for your return shipment
Please do not send products back without first contacting us, as this may delay processing of your return.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- The product received was damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The return is due to our error
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier, unless a later date is allowed by applicable law. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
- For valid EU withdrawal requests, standard outbound delivery costs are refundable in line with legal requirements; additional costs from premium delivery choices are not refundable
- Any promotional discounts may be adjusted in the refund calculation
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- Provide your order number and description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order:

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return procedure.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
- Gift cards or promotional items
10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
12. Consumer Dispute Support
If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, consumers in Sweden can submit eligible disputes to Allmanna reklamationsnamnden (ARN). EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
